AR Research and Development Projects
I have managed more than 30 national and european AR R&D projects. The most important are the next:
1. R & D project framed in the Plan Avanza Call 2011 entitled " Technical feasibility study prior to industrial research on face detection and tracking for mobile devices," funded by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain.

2. R & D project framed in the Plan Avanza Call 2011 entitled " Technical feasibility
study on automatic object recognition for augmented reality" , funded by the Ministry
of Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain.
3. R & D project framed in the Plan Avanza Call 2011 entitled " Generic Platform for
Augmented Reality techniques based on digital web-based content management " , in
collaboration with the requested CITIC Technology Center , funded by the Ministry of
Industry, Tourism and trade of Spain.
4 . R & D project framed in the Plan Avanza Call 2011 entitled " biometric algorithms
based on precision techniques combined with augmented reality visualization systems
" , applied in collaboration with the University of Málaga, funded by the Ministry of
Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain.
5 . Project R & D embodied in the subcategory of Excellence Projects Motriz entitled "
Acoustic in the cathedrals of Andalusia: a scientific contribution to knowledge ,
retrieval and dissemination of cultural heritage" , applied in collaboration with the
University of Seville, funded by the Innovation of the Junta de Andalucía (Spain).
6 . R & D project framed in subcategory Motor Excellence Project entitled " Increase
in the context of visual communication and interactive advertising using Augmented Reality:
implementation proposals for media and Andalusian advertisers " requested in
collaboration with the Department of Communication Media and Advertising at the
University of Málaga, funded by the Innovation of the Junta de Andalucía (Spain).
7. R&D project framed in subcategory Motor Excellence Project entitled " ALGARA :
Architecture for Mobile Augmented Reality guides " , in collaboration with
University of Málaga, funded by the Ministry Innovation of the Junta de Andalucía (Spain).
8. R&D Project embodied in the subcategory of Excellence Projects Motor titled
"Entering the tutorial through online platforms orientation in the university virtual
campus of Andalusia supplemented with the latest technologies in audiovisual
communication," in collaboration with the University of Jaén, funded by the
Department of Innovation of the Government of Andalusia (Spain).
9. R&D project entitled " System overlapping real and virtual information through
hardware devices based on inertial tracking technologies " , fueled by the Torres
Quevedo Program by the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain , for the researcher and
technologist Fátima Acién Martínez .
10. R&D project entitled " Feasibility study of detection and recognition of natural
markers to be used as a method of positioning and orientation in an Augmented
Reality System " , funded by the Torres Quevedo Program by the Ministry of Science
and Innovation of Spain.
11. R&D project entitled " Augmented Reality into destination and cultural products " in
collaboration with the University of Málaga and other 4 companies in form of
consortium , funded by the Center for Development of Industrial Research of Spain.
12. R&D project entitled " System for collecting and displaying images for Augmented
Reality" funded by the Center for Development of Industrial Research of Spain.
13. R&D project entitled "Augmented Reality Viewer device" , hardware / software system to display any digital representation of augmented reality content through acquisition devices , display and specific tracking solutions.
14. Research and Development Project led by Airbus Military and developed in
collaboration with the company Arpa Solutions entitled " Augmented Reality applied
to the assembly process of the plane ."
15. Research and Development project led by Airbus Group and developed in collaboration with
two other national institutions , funded by Andalusian Technology Corporation and
Agency for Innovation and Development of Spain entitled " Augmented Reality applied to the
aeronautical sector."
16. Research and Development project led by Airbus Group and developed in collaboration with
two other national institutions , funded by Agency for Innovation and Development of Spain
entitled " Calypso advanced Aeronautical using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
Solutions Processes & Tools ".
17. Research and Development project led by Airbus Group and developed in collaboration with
two other national institutions ,funded by Agency for Innovation and Development of Spain entitled " EOLO advanced Aeronautical solutions using augmented reality technologies".
18 . Research & Development project framed in the Plan Avanza Call 2011 entitled " Technical Feasibility
Study for the rendering of complex models in mobile devices for augmented reality
applications" , funded by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain.
19. Research and Development Project funded by the Ministry of Innovation from Andalusia (Spain) titled "State of the Art: Augmented reality see-through glasses" (2012)
